Chairman: James Ranger
Founded the Sunday Ballet Club in 1958 and as Director put on 50 new ballets by aspiring choreographers in West End Theatres on a Sunday over a 5 year period. Became Director of the Council for Dance Education and Training and Chairman of the Conference of Professional Dance Schools. Appointed a Governor of Sadler’s Wells, became Vice-Chairman of the Governors and Chairman of the Board.
Acting Secretary: Dr. Richard Reavill
Richard worked as a chemical engineer before going to City University to teach management and is now an academic at Cass Business School. As a teenage schoolboy he saw Richard Burton and John Neville alternate as Othello and Iago and Burton play Hamlet at the Old Vic, Beryl Grey and John Field in Sleeping Beauty at Covent Garden and Owen Branigan in the Magic Flute at Sadler’s Wells. He has written articles for dance publications, and served twice on the Dance Panel for the Olivier Awards.
Treasurer: Neville Taylor
Having spent entire working life as a pharmacist, discovered an interest in the architecture of cinema buildings and became Membership Secretary and Treasurer for the Cinema Theatre Association. Now retired and having taken on additionally the role of Membership Secretary for the National Piers Society, the position of Treasurer for Vic-Wells Association has revived an earlier interest in theatre and ballet.

Professor of Drama and Theatre studies at Royal Holloway, University of London Liz has published works on Shakespeare in performance, the work of Ben Jonson, Australian drama and theatre, and is the author of Lilian Baylis: A Biography. She has recently edited Richard Brome's The City Wit for the online Brome edition. Her most recent book is Shakespeare in Production: 'Twelfth Night', published by Cambridge University Press..
